we did a big book called a bunyip in the billabong we read it a couple of times and then did a slide about it and blog it

we did about our selves at our hobies and we did this last week and who we play with.

six sentence story

This week in writing we wrote a six sentence story about creating a charachter and adding deatal our docos was on creating sentences we learnt that the four critera of a sentence are .. full stops and capital letters leaving a space bettwen each sentence one idea and make sure it makes sensece.I found this easy beacouse we did it on chrome book instead of pen and paper i found hard to make up the sentences.

kindness

 For learning we were brain storming about kindness then we wrote our ideas on the peace of paper then the teacher wrote all of our ideas on the board and then when and made a poem i was with arnika and dilan kindness means making someones day making them laugh it was easy to do the full stops and capital letters i found hard to think of sentinces . 

writing lipogram

today in writing we used a picture promt to create a lipogram . A lipogram is a sentence without using one piticulair letter. We had to write one interisting sentence describing the picture without using the letter i. 

i found this easy  beacouse its kinda easy to not us the letter i. i found galenging to do the ending.

hi readers today we finished our story about a jet plain we took a picture prompt and pictured that we were on the wing of the plain happy reading

amazing hockey

Today we had peter from Canterbury Hockey visit us. In hockey we were learning about how to dribble . And how to hold the hockey stick and how to stop the ball with the hockey stick. Also we had to keep it on or near the stick just pretend it was stuck with honey or other sticky stuff. First we did dribbling around the first quarter. After that we learnt how to stop and dodge other players. We had to control the ball at all times. Lastly we played rob the nest.We had to put all of the balls in the middle of the quarter of the court. We all got split up in to 4 groups we had to stand beside the hoops. When our numbers got called we ran to the middle with the hockey sticks. And dribble it back to our hoop and when all the balls were out of the middle we steal from others hoops. Then we finished up we put all of the balls back and the hockey sticks back on the line. Then we went back into class i found hard was to dribble with out crashing into each other. I found easy to keeping the ball on the stick. I learnt not to lift the hockey stick higher than our knee.
